What is it?

The Happiness Practice™ (THP) is a single, sustainable solution that can be fully tailored and scaled to meet the needs and goals of your organization to reduce burnout & increase happiness and it’s by-products - innovation, resiliency and sustainably - at the individual level, and key performance indicators (quantitative & qualitative) at the team/department and organizational level. At every step of this transformative journey, progress is tracked, analyzed and reported with a proprietary Return On Happiness™ (ROH™) system and supported with Happiness Huddles™, webinars, digital reminders and reflections.

6-month behavioral health journey

  • • As a participant, you are grouped into a cohort of 8-12 people who become students and teachers of each other in this life-transforming practice.

    • Bi-weekly 45-minute on-line or in-person Learning Sessions (6 in total) and Happiness Huddles (6 in total)

    • 500 minutes of in-class time

    • You are measured by The Return On Happiness™ (ROH) measurement system to assess pre, mid and post impact of The Happiness Practice on the signs & symptoms of burnout & happiness and it’s by-products - innovation, resiliency and sustainably.

Happiness and Health Leadership Academy Experience:

9 month journey = Immersion Experience (6 months) + Happiness Centered Leadership (3 months)

  • • THP 6 month immersion experience for leaders in cohorts of 8-12

    • HCL 3 month experience for leaders following completion of THP

    • 20 hours of in-class time

    • Leadership development placing the authentic happiness and well-being of people at the center when dealing with situations

    • Infused with compassionate care for those with chronic disease and burnout

  • Behavioral health best practice is to have 8-12 people per cohort or group to support and learn from each other.

  • Yes, we work to create groups of 8-12 as needed for individuals who want to reduce their burnout and improve their overall quality of life.

  • THP can work for a wide variety of groups and organizations. So far, THP has been successfully implemented in school systems, healthcare, manufacturing, county systems, book clubs, chronic disease support groups, churches and more.
